Terms & Conditions
- Credit cards are currently accepted for CAD services. Estimated CAD hours need to be pre-paid. If additional hours are needed, they are due at that time.
- Tooling: Half of the tooling is paid with the order. The balance is due when the mold is complete. Samples must be approved before production parts are run.
- Tooling (mold) is owned by the customer, unless we quote your job without tooling. We have no problem with you maintaining possession of the tool between runs. We recommend that you do not split the tool, as some types of molds are easily damaged if improperly opened.
We will store your tool at no charge as long as we run parts at least once a year. Tools left with us for more than one year with no production may be considered abandoned. If you know you will not need parts for a while, it would be best for you to retain your tool.
